We worked closely with the client from when the project received its initial planning approval. Throughout the project, we provided ongoing support through development consultancy and project management. We worked closely with the main contractor and the developer ensuring the project was delivered on time and within budget.

For this project, we were also appointed as the Monitoring Surveyor by Crowd Property Ltd.
