Scheme: Residential development of 7 dwellings

Following in-depth research of the Local Plan and all supporting documents, we were able to formulate a scheme for residential development of 7 dwellings on a parcel of land in the Sevenoaks district.

Through liaison with various consultants, we were able to consider the impact of the development and ensure potential issues were addressed at the earliest possible stage. We submitted an extensive 28 page Supporting Statement to the council as part of the pre-application.

The client decided not to proceed with a planning application given the situation with COVID-19.
