Scheme 1: Demolition of the two churches and associated buildings with erection of 8 new build dwellings

Scheme 2: Conversion of the main church with demolition of the remaining buildings and erection of a single new build dwelling

We were involved with this project right from the start during the research and appraisal stage. After the original planning application was refused, we worked with the clients and knowing their planning strategy, we were able to create two viable, outline planning applications.

Both of these applications were refused but this was part of the planning strategy! As expected, the project was taken to appeal and granted permission.
