Our Role

• Undertook independent site monitoring for the funder through regular visits to review works completed, progress, and key risks.
• Assessed drawdown requests against the cost plan and progress on site to support fair, informed release of funds.
• Produced structured interim reports throughout, highlighting material issues, implications for completion, and any actions required.
• Monitoring remains ongoing, with regular reporting to maintain clear visibility of progress, cost, and emerging risk as the scheme moves through delivery.
